The HND in Business Studies Course (Management Pathway) provides an insight into all aspects of the business world, essential to be effective in today’s work environment.
It has been designed so that you can see how everyone in an organisation has to work together in order to succeed. The HND will give you a strong academic base and a solid skill-set for a career in business or management with opportunities to develop personal skills as well and attributes essential for successful performance in working life. This enables learners to make an immediate contribution to employment.
It is ideal for full-time students who want to study business, but wish to experience a full range of subjects before choosing a specialism.
The HND in Business Studies is a 2-year full-time course designed to offer maximum transfer opportunities for full-time students who wish to study a business degree, but may not have sufficient tariff points. For instance, students who successfully complete the programme can transfer straight onto the 3rd year of an appropriate degree programme.
