In the classroom the course will take 18 days to complete including taking the exam. This is based on 5 days attendance per week.
About the course
If you are interested in working in a security/ stewarding role at festivals, sports stadiums, concerts and other events, then this is the course for you!
Upon successful completion of the course you will be eligible to apply for an SIA Licence, valued at £190, at no cost to you!
During this course you will study:

Level 1 Employability Skills, including Help with Applying for Jobs;

Level 1 English Skills;

Level 1 Maths Skills;

Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry
There is also an option for you to study the Award for Working as a CCTV Operator within the Private Security Industry.
What will I be able to do after completing the course?

How will I be assessed?
Examination: In respect of the Award for Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry.
Portfolio of Evidence: English, Maths, Employability and Stewarding will be assessed by way of a Portfolio of Evidence.
